My life resembles a complex and challenging puzzle, with pieces that are intricately broken and messy. Navigating through chronic illness, PTSD, unresolved trauma, a mild brain injury, and the aftermath of domestic violence has been a profound journey of healing and self-discovery. Each day presents a new opportunity to rebuild my life, this time on my own terms, shaping it into the life I desire.

The Devil is what i call the chronic pain and the chaos i call my illness just like i refer to my endometriosis as Freddy Krueger the good ole hands for blades stabbing my insides and causing pain in places that i cant even explain.

Sharing my story has evolved into a way of healing for me, by offering support, and instilling hope in others. By raising awareness, educating, and helping others in living their best lives, we all deserve to experience happiness and become healthier versions of ourselves.
