From Pain to Power, A Journey of Being Beautifully Broken

The Devil is what i call the chronic pain and the chaos i call my illness just like i refer to my endometriosis as Freddy Krueger the good ole hands for blades stabbing my insides and causing pain in places that i cant even explain.

Establishing an online space aims to provide healing, inspiration, and support for others on their healing journey, focusing on health and wellness.

This platform serves as a medium to educate and raise awareness about my personal battles with chronic pain, illness, domestic violence, unhealed trauma, and health management.

By sharing my thoughts, struggles, and personal challenges, I find healing for myself and as a life and wellness coach for others.

I medicate every day, to make it go away

I like this little pill that numbs the pain
I like this little pill that runs through my vein

Welcome,

From Pain to Power - A Journey of been beautifully Broken.

I have always seen myself as beautifully broken, piecing together the shattered parts while facing life's trials. Come along on my transformation from pain to power in my personal story of being beautifully broken. Embrace the power discovered in vulnerability and resilience. Join me as I embark on my wellness journey towards healing and empowerment.

“Some of the most beautiful souls are the most broken”

This beautiful online space initially emerged as a blog named "the devil inside." It served as a valuable tool for me to not only educate others and raise awareness but also as a personal mental health resource to aid me on my own path of healing and self-exploration. Through my philosophy of mentoring and sharing my own experiences, I firmly believe that every individual, regardless of their struggles with pain, illness, unhealed trauma, or disability, deserves to lead a fulfilling life. With the right support and understanding, along with someone who genuinely believes in them, anyone can achieve greatness. As we continue to expand our knowledge on managing our well-being and proactively cultivating healthy habits, exploring alternative options, and most importantly, summoning the courage to embark on a journey of self-discovery, we can ultimately transform into a happier, healthier version of ourselves.

“You can have a life and one that you can be happy and content with and acheive your goals, as you make changes in your life things become easier.”

Like a Lotus flower, we to have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out darkness, raidate into the world

Embrace Your Healing Journey. the Process and Discover Your True Self

We all have story and we are all on journey and this looks different to everyone. Some people battle the demons, some people struggle with mental health, some people battle addictions and some people go through things on their lives that will change them in some way.

We face several challenges: broken systems, people hesitant to seek therapy, and a shifting societal view on mental health, yet the stigma persists. People often feel judged, and at times, we find ourselves unsure of where to begin. As Im on my own personal healing journey, as a life and wellness coach I'm discovering that so many people carry unhealed wounds. These unresolved issues seep into various aspects of life, affecting relationships, our health, and our ability to cope with stress. Over time, this can lead to the emergence of addictions, self-harm, mental fatigue, anger problems, and even result in reckless or criminal behaviors.

Embark on a journey of healing by taking a leap down the rabbit hole.

Trust to transform, LET GO, like a caterpillar that eventually turns into a beautiful butterfly.
