My Healing Journey So far
As I continue my healing journey, as my self-worth increases, im more clear on boundaries and im seeing people for who they really are.
There are no second chances anymore. The instant you make me question my value, doubt my place in life, or second-guess my worth, you lose access to my life—it's as straightforward as that. This isn't solely about my healing journey; it's about living with a long-term neurological condition. I simply don’t have the energy or time for anything less.I've learned to prioritize my well-being and surround myself with those who uplift and support me. This decision to cut ties with negativity isn't about holding grudges; it's about protecting my peace and ensuring that I can focus on what truly matters. My energy is precious, and I choose to invest it in people and activities that nurture my spirit and encourage my growth.
In this journey, I've discovered the importance of setting boundaries and advocating for myself. It's a lesson in valuing my own needs and recognizing that it's okay to let go of relationships or situations that drain me. By doing so, I create space for positive experiences and connections that align with my values and aspirations.
Life with a neurological condition requires a delicate balance, and I've learned to cherish the moments of joy and laughter that make the challenges more bearable. Embracing this mindset has empowered me to live more authentically and with intention, knowing that each day is an opportunity to choose happiness and fulfillment.
As I move forward, I remain committed to this path of self-discovery and healing, always mindful of my worth and the love I deserve. It's a journey that continues to teach me resilience and strength, reminding me that I am capable of facing whatever comes my way with grace and courage.
