The upside to Healing

Not every step of the healing journey is a somber, disordered or bewildering experience. Sometimes it can lead us to beautiful destinations, new experiences, and an entirely new set of people.
Last, I had an unforgettable experience that allowed me to transform and reset my perspective for 2024. I let go of everything that no longer served me and set my intentions for the new year.

We were all on journey and we had a story, we all cried through this process. The process included:

Sound therapy meditation uses sound to promote relaxation and healing. Burning a list of negative emotions and experiences can be a powerful ritual to make space for positivity. Reflect on what's holding you back, write it down, and burn the list in a safe place. Visualize the negative emotions and experiences being released as you embrace a brighter future.

I'm excited to see what the future holds! Although I'm uncertain about what this year may bring, I'm choosing to trust the process and remain optimistic. Planting the seed for an amazing year ahead is only the beginning.
