Week 1 - Reflection This year i need less of the following ?

Grab a pen and paper to jot down these items. Once you've completed your list, review it and identify five things you need to eliminate as you move into 2025. These obstacles, whether they're toxic relationships, negative self-talk, or unhealthy habits, have served as lessons and stepping stones to a more fulfilling life.

My personal reflection and the things im cutting out and going to try not bring them into this year
Negativity and self-doubt. These two things have been like unwelcome guests in my life, often overshadowing the progress I've made. This year, I am determined to show them the door and not let them dictate my journey.
I'm also releasing the need for perfection. For too long, I've let the pursuit of flawless execution hold me back from starting new projects or enjoying the process. This year, I'm embracing imperfection and understanding that growth comes from learning and adapting along the way.
Im cutting out the habit of overcommitting. I tend to spread myself too thin, trying to be everything for everyone. This year, I’ll focus on what matters to me and be more selective with my time and energy, ensuring I have enough left for myself.
I’m letting go of the fear of failure. It has often been a roadblock, preventing me from taking risks and exploring new opportunities. This year, I’m choosing to view failure as a stepping stone rather than a setback, an integral part of my growth journey.
I’m eliminating toxic influences, be they relationships, environments, or even media consumption. Surrounding myself with positivity, support, and inspiration is a priority as I move forward into a year of healing and authenticity.
