As I entered 2024, I anticipated a year of healing and confronting many things I had been avoiding. I realized that I needed to make significant changes in both my business practices and personal life. The first half of this year has been challenging as my health has been deteriorating, leaving me physically exhausted and testing my patience regularly. In my journey of self-discovery and healing has been a time for me to reflect, grow, and delve deep into my innermost thoughts and emotions. While it has been a messy process at times, every experience in life has allowed me to learn more about myself, my thoughts, my feelings, my behaviors, and how I cope with challenging situations.
