Things im learning as i heal

The life I once knew was fading into a memory. People vanish, your perspective changes, and your perception of life shifts. You were accustomed to constant chaos and unpredictability, living in a fight-or-flight mode. Then, suddenly, life becomes calmer, new ipeople enter your world, introducing fresh experiences, making new memories, and helping you appreciate the beauty in everything around you.

Healing is a complex, messy and beautiful process that can take time, patience, and self-compassion. It's perfectly normal not to understand every aspect of it, as healing often involves a combination of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual elements that can vary greatly from person to person. It's important to remember that healing is not a linear journey, and there may be ups and downs along the way. It's okay to seek support from friends, family, or professionals if needed, and to give yourself grace as you navigate through the healing process. Remember, healing is a personal journey, and it's okay to take it one step at a time.
