Separation Season

I'm ending 2023 on high, with the right energy and one last road trip.
I'm excited to end the year on a high note with a final road trip and positive energy. My focus has been on clearing out old energy, removing negative influences, and making difficult decisions for what I want 2024 to hold.
Listening to a podcast and my business mentors talking about separation season is the season to separate yourself from everything weather its relationships, work, or life, to allow growth within yourself and your business.

It's separation season

Embracing Separation Season for Personal and Business Growth. While listening to a podcast, my business mentors mentioned the concept of "Separation Season" – a time to distance oneself from relationships, work, and life in order to foster growth. It's a season to concentrate on yourself and your business to cultivate the necessary changes for success.

Rejuvenating Without a Vacation, My work allows me to feel like I'm on vacation every day, so I don't necessarily need to take time off. That said, taking a break and separating myself from the daily grind has allowed me to work quietly in the background, all while preparing to hit the ground running in 2024.

It's important to take some time to clear old energy and gain clarity in order to set intentions and goals for the year 2024.
Reflecting on my personal growth this past week, I've learned a lot about myself and my inner strength. I've come to terms with the fact that I may never receive the answers I'm seeking, and I've found closure. As a result, I've made peace with certain aspects of my life and realized that some people simply aren't worth pursuing.

I have spent a significant amount of time brainstorming new business ideas and clarifying my vision. Now, it's time to elevate my business to the next level and take action.
It's not uncommon for people to feel the need to disconnect and work solo, especially during times of change or transition. This is often referred to as "separation season" and can be a valuable time for personal growth and reflection.

As you navigate this season of separation and solo work, it's important to set clear boundaries for yourself and communicate those boundaries to others. This may mean taking time away from social engagements or limiting your availability to certain hours of the day.

It's also important to stay connected to your support system, whether that be friends, family, or a therapist. They can provide valuable insight and perspective as you navigate this season of change.

Remember that this is a temporary season, and it's okay to take things at your own pace. By prioritizing self-care and setting clear boundaries, you can make the most of this time and emerge stronger on the other side.
