With the world been a bit crazy and so many pressues of life taking care of our mental health is more important than ever. One way to ensure we are looking after ourselves is by having a mental health kit

Have fun with this and get creative this is your mental health kit, fill with essential items to help us navigate life's challenges. In this blog post, we will explore what every mental health kit should include to promote self-care and well-being.
