I have been on alternative road to helping me heal i have been using a mix of maori health and reiki to release the emotions that i have trapped and this is after years of been abused, trauma and having a rollercaoster of a life.
Just imagine carrying years of crap and all this crap comes with emotions and what we do with these emotions and how we carry our emotions. Everyone is carrying emotionally baggage some are worst than others, past trauma, negative exeperiences in life, relationships, careers and life in general.

Then we process the emotion.
The feeling is coming from your nervous system telling you something.
Interruption occurs along the process and as result it becomes trapped.
Trapped emotions are like that little voice we have i our head, between true self and the false self not wanting us to express it.
